5th Grade Day End of Year Celebration

The 5th Grade End of Year Celebration is a rite of passage that all Falcons look forward to. It's an entire day dedicated to them from an affirmation ceremony to a silent disco dance party. We are still planning the details, but will provide a special lunch after the talent show and a full day of fun!

5th Grade Shirts

Each year a special shirt is designed for 5th grade students. This shirt will be worn through out the year, but especially on May 24th (5th Grade Day). We are asking for each student to purchase a shirt for $20. 

 5th Grade Memory Book and slide show

Every 5th grader will receive a memory book full of pictures from this school year. These pictures will also be used for a slide show that will be played while they are having lunch on 5th grade day.

Submit Pictures

We need your help collecting pictures of events through out this school year. Please email pictures of your 5th grader to 5thgrade@farneypto.com.

Memory Book Dedications

There is also an opportunity for you to purchase a dedication in the memory book. This is different than the year book dedication.

Volunteer to help! We will need help setting up the day before and also during the event. Email 5thgrade@farneypto.com and let us know that you can help!

Donate! PTO has an allotted fund for the 5th grade day celebrations. Purchases for this celebration include all rentals and supplies needed for activities/stations, decorations, lunch for all 5th grade, printing memory books for every 5th grader.
